Once a year, North America turns it's attention to select group of small, furry animals with the power to predict the remaining wintery weather. It's ground hog day! And wheter you're trapped in a Bill Murray movie, or simply hoping that this unusually mild winter doesn't slide into the deep freeze, everyone wants to know if the little critter sees his shadow.
