They're the staple of every action or suspenseful movie - the disembodied voice. The words of the arch villian or the government conspiracy filtering in over the telepone, eminating from an overhead speaker, or simply emerging from the ether itself. What would you do if you had a disembodied voice you could use to strike fear into folks? If someone used such a voice on you, how would you discover them?
