They're back. Every 17 years, the cicadas of the mid west emerge and decend in their hundreds of thousands, darkening the skys and drowing out all other sounds with their 80 decible cries. Yet there is nothing to fear - these harmless vegetarians will simply look ugly and make your drive to work that much more slippery. Some enderprising cooks are even talking about experimenting with cicada cusine. How would you survive the coming of the hoard?
