Oh I do love that last panel! Especially the look of the guy behind the counter, but also the “eye” on the feathers(?) and you remembered to give the skull a muzzle. 🙂
I am, however, wondering why you show April’s -lower- fangs instead of the usually more prominent upper fangs..? I’m confident there is a logical reason, it’s just that -I- can’t think of it. 😉
I was thinking of peacock feathers. The design is based on that.
I suppose those do look a bit like fangs. I was intending for her mouth to be slightly open at the corners in a grimace. So that’s supposed to be side of her teeth rather than fangs.
Yeah, the grimace is there just fine. The teeth seem to have points on top is why I thought they were her lower fangs.
