Besides; we’re hidden behind rocks and have guns. YOU on the other hand are standing out in the OPEN! FIRE!!!
I particularly like the shading and shadowing on the folks behind the rocks.
Only issue I have with this page. The grey ‘rifleman’ changes from a right hand dominant crouch to a left hand dominant firing position.
In general the characters seem to be very light on gear. The sashes look awesome but no belts, ammo pouches, bandoleers, or other ‘kit’ one would carry, especially the soldiers.
The coats and hats do have a U.S. civil war kind of vibe to them, which I like since my father is a historian that detail does stand out to me.
