Table manners

And now for the first strip in analog! Up until now all of the strips have been composed with a digital tablet, but I broke out my pencils and marker for this one and warmed up the scanner.

Not that everything went as planned – I ended up running out of space, and so the punchline got pushed over until Wednesday’s comic. I also realized too late that my sketch pad is larger than my scanner’s scanning area. Still, I think things turned out reasonably well. It’s certainly a lot easier to draw with pencils.

So anyhow, it’s a big family dinner down on the farm. I’m sure they’ll like having real food for a change.
